Welcome to your new home at 19 John Goy Senior Trail. You’re so excited that you purchased this bungalow townhouse which offers maintenance free condominium living. That is perfect because you love to travel and are just tired of gardening, cutting grass and shoveling snow.  At 933 square feet this bungalow is a great size and you’re happy that you purchased it from the original owners. They opted for a front room in place of the 2 bedroom layout, however, the front room can easily be made back into the original bedroom should you choose.

It’s your first day at the house after moving in yesterday and as you were driving through the quite town of Acton to get home you noticed that you left the busyness behind. The quaint downtown reminds you of how simple life used to be when you were a child. Moving back upstairs, we walk to the back patio door and slide it open. Stepping on to your private deck the warm sun hits your face and your patio couch invites you to sit and listen to the birds while reading a book. You glace over to the patio table just a couple steps down and remember that later that afternoon you’ll be having family over and you’ve decided that eating outside. It’s such a beautiful day not to enjoy the outdoors.

You sit down on the couch and just before opening your book you admire the flowers and manicured lawn and are reminded that you didn’t have to do a thing and its all included in your condo fees.
