Mountain View Neighbourhood

Mountain View is a rather small neighbourhood and actually often gets confused with Old Milton. Within Mountain View you’ll find a blend of homes similar to Old Milton and Dorset Park. On one end you’ll find grand century homes and on the other you’ll find 30 year old split level homes.

True to it’s namesake, residents of this neighbourhood enjoy breathtaking views of the Niagara Escarpment amongst it’s quiet streets and cul-de-sacs.

Since this is in the older part of Milton you will also find larger lots here so when you’re comparing new and larger homes in the south side of Milton to these homes you’ll find that much of the value here is the larger lots.
